Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to chartdigitalventures.com (the “Site”), operated by Chart Digital Ventures, LLC (“Chart Digital Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains the limited information collected through this public Site and direct contact with us.

Portfolio services have their own notices

Chart Digital Ventures develops and may support separate products. Their accounts, subscriptions, app data, and product-specific practices are not governed by this Site policy. The applicable product notice controls when you use that service, including GovBidFinder’s Privacy Policy and PatternEcho’s Privacy Policy.

If a product notice conflicts with this Site policy, the product notice controls for that product. This Site policy does not make Chart Digital Ventures responsible for an independently operated third-party website simply because we link to it.

What we collect

The Site is primarily informational. We do not require an account, publish a newsletter sign-up, or intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

• Information you send us. If you email us, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
• Technical information. Vercel, our hosting provider, may process standard server-log information needed to deliver and secure the Site, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps.

How we use it

We use information only to operate and secure the Site, respond to messages, evaluate legitimate business inquiries, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use the Site to make automated decisions about you.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share limited information with service providers that host the Site or support our email communications, only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the security, rights, or property of Chart Digital Ventures and others.

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

SMS messaging

Chart Digital Ventures may send customer-care text messages only to people who expressly opt in during a phone conversation. We may collect the mobile number provided, the date and method of consent, and the information needed to respond to an inquiry, schedule an appointment, or provide a requested project or account update.

Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers solely to deliver messages, process opt-outs, maintain consent records, and operate our services.

Message frequency varies by your support or service interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete information you have sent us, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping needs. Most browsers let you manage cookies and other local storage. The Site does not currently use advertising pixels or sell personal information for targeted advertising.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. Contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information, and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
