The Site links to separate websites and services operated by portfolio companies or third parties. Those destinations have their own terms, privacy practices, and business policies. For example, GovBidFinder and PatternEcho each have product-specific terms and privacy notices. Chart Digital Ventures is not responsible for a third-party destination’s content, availability, or actions.
SMS messaging
Chart Digital Ventures, LLC may send customer-care text messages to people who expressly agree during a phone conversation. Messages may address an inquiry, appointment or scheduling details, service updates, or requested project or account information. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
